Greetings! Forest therapy and/or forest bathing, "Shinrin-yoku" in Japanese, has been shown to be beneficial in the treatment of "healing minds", as well as the immune and cardiovascular systems. The array of health and wellness benefits continue to be discovered; however, one thing is for sure, it is one way of maximizing the advantages of experiencing nature. The stress relief that accompanies times of refreshing during relaxation in natural surroundings is well documented; but, for many, the opportunities to glean these blessings from a pure environment are limited. So, the next best thing is virtual forest bathing. Enjoy this brief
