Let's face it, electrosmog is real. The earth has a magnetic field and humans have an electromagnetic system. Natural electromagnetic fields are everywhere in our environment, even though these fields are invisible to the human eye. There are also man-made sources of electromagnetic fields in the atmosphere to contend with, as well. In fact, electromagnetic fields are undetectable by natural senses. All electrical appliances produce damaging EMFs which cause stress on the human body. The stress on the body's cells from this radiation varies depending on the power and frequency. For example, the hotter your cell phone gets upon use, the more you know it is emitting cell damaging radiation. Also, the closer your body is to the radiation field, the higher the probability of cell damage. So, here's my question, have you considered how much electromagnetic pollution you and your loved ones are exposed to everyday? Ways To Reduce The Harmful Effects Of Electromagnetic Radiation

  • Reduce the amount of time you spend on, near or around electronic devices.

  • When possible, turn off and unplug your electronic devices.

  • Turn off your Wi-Fi at night.

  • Use airplane mode on your devices as much as possible.

  • Text instead of calling when possible and/or appropriate.

  • Stay hydrated.

  • Eat foods rich in nutrients that support your immune system and overall health.

  • Exercise and move your body regularly for optimal circulation of system fluids.

  • Breathe properly for a healthy oxygen to carbon dioxide ratio, as well as nitric oxide production.

  • Get adequate sleep regularly.
